You know the story: Teacher Turned Internet Marketer.

I grew up in education. Both my parents were teachers. My Mother retired after teaching Reading to at-risk Grade school kids. My Dad retired as a science instructor at a university. Both my parents loved their jobs and their eyes still light up when they talk about their past students. They had an emotional investment in their students’ success. My parents believed they were helping their students achieve success. With my Mother that success came with reading and with my Dad it was helping college students get a degree.

I was inspired to get a teaching degree later in life. I tried my hand at various businesses before heading to college. Some failed miserably; others just weren’t my thing. Let me be clear. I believe I was called to teach. And although teaching ninth graders science was not exactly what I was looking for, I was intrigued by the learning process. Watching my students learn and achieve success was a real kick of adrenalin!

Fast forward a few years, the Internet was coming into play. I was fascinated by the possibilities. I was an integral part in helping my small school build and maintain their first computer network. Shortly later, I was hired by a Technology School as a Computer Network Administrator. It was by dream job – computers all day long with some teaching along the way.

Then I began to imagine my own personal ways to make money online. That’s when I began this ride that has changed my life. Here’s what I wanted from an online business:

• Escape the Rat Race and Calm Down My Life
• Set My Own Hours
• Build Multiple Residual Income Streams
• Very Low Risk And The Possibilities Seemed Endless
• Marketing to the World Means Almost No Limit On Potential Profits
• Lastly, But Not Least, Take the Day Off When You Wish!

Turns out, these are the benefits of building a home Internet business. I have to say I am thrilled with the results. Now I have a few dozen domains and many successful sites. I have, through mostly trial and error, developed a system that works. I continue to work on my own sites building my own empire, tweaking my systems and keeping up with new and improved tools /techniques.

So why teach? I want to spread this information on to other like-minded, hardworking folks who want the same outcome. I enjoy interacting with and helping others work through this great opportunity that the internet provides. People want Freedom — plain and simple! You define your own specific dream – whether it’s quitting your job or just making some extra money. I have said many times: My passion is Internet marketing – My business is teaching people the skills required to enjoy the massive rewards an Internet business has to offer!
