There is nothing more important you can do right now! Take what you learned and begin! Your learning process is not over, but the best way to learn is by doing.
All the reading and studying in the world will get you nowhere if that learning is not followed by action. Right now focus on creating a site which gets traffic. Don’t worry about making money just yet; that will come later. You just need to a site which gets some traffic. Once the traffic comes, making money becomes the easy part!
Please take advantage of all the free resources that I offer on StevesClassroom.com I truly want to educate beginners on Internet Marketing basics. I remember trying to learn – via trial and error – and though useful in many ways, lots of time, effort, and money was wasted trying to wade through it on my own. This is a content rich free course. After working on my blog for 4 months and having no financial success, I was able to take away some very useful advice. Many things you presented was also presented in the past to me accept I did not understand and your information was very clear with good examples. I am looking forward to partnering with you.

Hello Steve: I have listened to you “crash course” (Free) and thought it was informative and I appreciate the information. I would love to see someone come up with a affordable course that gets right to the point of Internet Marketing! I know there are thousands of E-books out there, free and for purchase, but I would love to see someone come up with a NO-nonesense course on making money on line, and this course be in Laymen’s terms. Just simple language that the ordinary person who maybe is not really computer literate can understand. Most of the information I have seen is written by geeks who automatically assume that everyone knows what they are talking about! I am a beginner in the Internet Marketing business and have already made some of the mistakes you mentioned in your course! I signed up with the EZ Wealth Solution marketing program but after a month of doing the wrong things have yet sign up my first team member. I don’t think that it is because the program is bad, I just think it is because I have not yet done the right things to promote the business. Howver, to get back to my point: I would like for someone to provide a TRUE Internet marketing book or disc, whatever, on the BEST way to market a web site. NO CRAP, NO HYPE, just good basic knowledge – straight forward and in basic terms. I wouldn’t mind paying a fair price for this knowledge, especially if it worked!

Should there be any concerns about litigation for novices starting out as sole proprietors in affiliate marketing? Do you encourage immediate incorporation for limited liabilities of anyone carrying on a business on the internet? Are there other disclaimer issues that we should be aware of for domestic or international activities?

As long as you don’t make false claims, there is not much to worry about. The buyer is purchasing the product from the vendor’s page…not yours. Additionally, they are paying the vendor…not you.
But an LLC does provide protection for other issues and tax benefits along the way.
