Upon first glance, it may be difficult to see twitter’s potential as a marketing tool. For example, I had a twitter account for 5 or 6 months before I was finally convinced to take it seriously.
Once I began using it as one of my top marketing tools, it soon became my #1 lead generation source AND my #1 source for new sales!
Quite impressive I’d say!
I highly encourage every Internet marketer consider using it as one of their marketing methods. The traffic generation and relationship building opportunities with twitter are simply awesome!
Here are two basic “how-to” videos to help you get started with twitter:
Realize that it takes most people a while to get into the groove with twitter and fully realize its potential; just get started and hang in there. I promise you the results are outstanding!
You may wonder how I gained so many followers so fast. I was asked so often that I decided to package the answer! TwitterBlast contains over 60 minutes of detailed video outlining my EXACT techniques I use for building a large and targeted following.
The good thing about twitter is that anyone can build a large
following. You don’t need a high-traffic site or a list to begin rapidly building followers!

Great video Steve. I would like to add however, that usernames CAN be changed by going into your settings (Provided the username is available).
Thanks Tom. I’ll have to go back and see how I worded that…thanks!
Steve Ive purchased some web sites however the year of hosting is about to expire. and though I thought I was a smart genius… here I am unemployed old with a family to raise and living on food boxes.
I dont understand how the $$$ is being made.
I dont have cash or much hours to get the knowledge by going to school.
yes. I ve read some books from the library which became much more confusing than I’d imagine.
Please tell me what do I door get things started.
I may not have money now but I am willing to do any projects that will lead me into a better life and path for my family.
Hi Eric,
The first thing I want you to do is take my Free 3 Day Crash Course. Register for it here: http://www.steveweber.us
With it you will understand a lot of what you were doing wrong and what you need to do in order to make things work.
There is no “paint by numbers” way to make money online. Otherwise we could all buy a $97 eBook and live happily ever-after. But the good news is that the foundation required for success is the same for any area of Internet marketing and is something which can be taught.
This is what I teach my students…the foundation they need before even attempting to make money online. You first MUST learn how to pick a niche and how to do correct keyword research…then begins the site building process using SEO.
Yes, the learning curve is steep, but it’s not rocket science either. Anyone can learn this…with a good teacher..hehe
After taking the course and reading many of the posts at the links on the right, you’ll be in a much better position to come back here and talk about where you are and what you need to do….and ask more questions.
Eric,
I did exactly what Steve said and I now have a site that ranks extremely well on Google. It wasn’t hard and it didn’t take long. But it did require a lot of effort. Luckily Steve was there when I had questions. My next step is to begin learning how to monetize my site. By the way, I started with the free 3 day course and learned more there than I did jumping from one internet marketing guru to the next.
Good Luck!
Eric,
This is a great course. I wasted thousands of dollars last year getting confused. Fortunately, you didn’t have to go through that mistake, but Steve’s course it the only one I encountered that produced the results it said it would. No confusion either. That stuff you read that confused you, clear in here.
Good luck to you.
Hi,
nice review. thanks..
Its also important that you don’t abuse Twitter for marketing and promoting your products, services or affiliate links. Most of your tweets should give your friends useful contents and valuable link or information.. Only once in a while should you try to use Twitter to promote something. Otherwise You will be marked as Spammer!

The Truth: Twitter can be more effective than the big three search engines organic search results pages.
The strategy: See my link above. You can easily turn a few minutes each day into hundreds of visitors daily (even hourly).
Sidenote: How many of you unfollow followers who are not following you back?
