Ready to Build a Profitable Home Business?
You’ve come to the right place! It was just a few short years ago that I was in your shoes and looking for ways to make money on the Internet. Fast forward to today… my wife and I are both working from home in our online businesses. Thankfully we are OUT of that awful and stressful Rat Race we had been in for too long!
My mission is to help you achieve your dreams by discovering and putting into action the tried and proven techniques required for online success.
The Good News…
The good news is that ANYONE can succeed online! All that’s required is learning the basic principles, acquiring the necessary skills, and then taking action. What I like best about the Internet business is the extremely low risk and small investment necessary compared to a conventional business. There is really nothing comparable in the business world! Plus, what other enterprise has access to massive amounts of free advertising as the search engines offer? I may be biased, but starting an online business is the ONLY way to go!
That Bad News…
Ok, there really is NOT any bad news! I suppose if I just had to come up with something right here, I’d probably point out that success with a home Internet business is not quite as easy as you might have been led to believe by much of the “get-rich-quick hype” out there. Internet marketing does not require a rocket science background! However, it is a real business and must be treated as such.
The Sky Is Your Limit! You Need Only To:
- Learn the basic principles of Internet marketing
- Discover how to research and find your niches and keywords correctly
- Create very simple sites, blogs, and/or landing pages
- Understand and apply basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Techniques
Step By Step and Anything’s a Cinch…
That’s been my Mother’s saying since the beginning of time! In every process, there is a natural and necessary sequence of events. My teaching background explains that “sequence of events” in terms of a lesson plan. The plan keeps the teaching and the learning flowing in a natural order to insure all the required steps are in place for the desired outcome of owning a successful Internet Business!
Build Your Foundation:
Review my free resources… that will insure we are on the same page and that you have the basics required to proceed. The Free Course and Steve’s Top 50 Tips are the best places to begin your training. They detail how you will use your talents, abilities, and/or interests for building a profitable Internet business.

Putting It All Together:
One of the biggest issues new home Internet business owners have is “information overload”. It’s important to focus on one step at a time! The Free Course will provide all the basics — the only thing you need to do is invest your time into learning the process. You will get a “rush” when the realization of possibilities becomes clear. There is a real feeling of satisfaction that comes from researching your ideas and taking that information to develop your own successful home business. Please take this free information in the spirit that it is given… study it and change your life for the better! Whether you just want a few extra dollars per month, money for a car/house payment, or you’d like to step out of the rat race completely like we did… a home online business offers you these opportunities.
Many people will go through my course and they’ll get it – everything just falls into place. Sure they may have a few questions, but they move along nicely with what is provided. If that’s the case, good for you. I am always available for questions here: Contact Steve
But for those who take the free course and don’t quite understand the proper sequence of events. Take heart… you probably just need a little one-on-one attention. If you are determined to build your online home business, don’t let a little frustration stand in your way. I offer a monthly coaching program. We can talk specifically about your issues and circumstances! It’s been my experience that a “hands on” mentor helps people have the confidence to take the next step. Steve, as you know I am on your list. I was real delighted to get this email from you telling me about this free course. I dont get many e-mails from you, but I like that as you dont hassle people and when you do e-mail me its always guality stuff. I strted marketing about 6 months ago and I have not yet made $1. I am not techie, have no money and I need to get traffic because like you I like to give good content. I need to make a success of this as I cannot leave my family to work away, I have bills to pay and there are no jobs around me to apply for, so I am panicking cos things are getting bad for me right now. I am sorry to hassle you with all this but very happy that you have this course. I can take hope from that.
Thank you.
Jo
Hi Jo,
Thanks for you comments. I looked at your blog. Is that where most of your marketing is focused? If so, that area is very very tough. Internet marketing is not a good area for beginners to try and get traction with at first. You must first work in very small niches and then work your way up. With the Internet marketing area you are competing against the best of the best. It is almost impossible for a beginner to start there.
Here’s what you need to do:
Learn how to properly research and find a niche.
Learn how to properly research keywords. (”properly” is the key word in both of these lines…the many keyword tools and/or niche tools many beginners use are not the answer)
Learn how to use SEO to optimize small niche sites.
Once you learn those three things, many doors will begin to open up for you.
You simply have to learn the basic principles and work your way up with those.
hey steve–

Steve…
Hey just finished you iniche pro and I’m getting ready to test hundreds of niche keywords. Great information you are giving out. I’ve bought from Kern, Deiss, and other big gurus but your very inexpensive and free content is as good or better. Keep up the good work! Look forward to working with you in the future.
Rodney
Cool! I appreciate that Rodney! Let me know how all the keywords work out for you.
Hi Steve,
In your Free course do you assume everyone is starting from zero knowledge like
about building a website, domain, hosting etc as I am or is for people that are above that level?
What is the advantage of the Pro course as against the Free course?
As I am in Australia, is the course just as applicable for my location?
I realise I have asked a lot and that you have limit your free time so if you don’t reply, that’s okay.
Regards,
Neil
Hi Neil,
Yes, it starts out at the lowest level. There are principles you need to understand before even beginning the “nuts and bolts” type skills…like building a site, hosting, etc. Those very basic concepts are where my free course begins.
My Real WebSite Pro package takes a beginner through those required skills all the way to building traffic to and monetizing a site.
Yes, the info is universal. I have many customers from Australia in fact.
Steave I realy need your help I have started internet marketing “affiliation” two months ago since then I have not got even a penny to show, I read about websites yet I dont know how to contruct one I am new in these things plese help
Hi Michael,
I will tell you what I tell everyone in your shoes: You should not be trying to or expect to make money with your current skills. Any Internet marketing success requires a good foundation of skills and knowledge first. I can only guess that you have been trying AdWords at this point since you can’t make websites….if so, that’s a big mistake. PayPerClick is extremely difficult to learn and beginners should not get into it too early.
The first thing you should do is take my free 3 Day Crash Course that is linked to above. That course will answer many of your questions as to what you should do next. Also, be sure and read all the articles and watch the videos on this site.
This is a process. Nothing about online marketing is difficult, but the learning curve is not short either. After taking the course, let me know if you have questions.
Steve,
I wanted to comment first of all on your GREAT resources and teaching. Maybe I’m prejudiced, because I too am an okie in a rural community. Isn’t it awesome that we can live in these ‘backwoods’ places and still connect to the world (Twitter, Facebook, etc). Y
You and Gabor Olah (think he’s in Germany)are my two favorite teachers on internet marketing.
I have purchased products from both of you. Here’s the reasons I choose you over all the so called ‘gurus’:
1. Integrity (a virtue that most internet markers don’t even know the meaning of)
2. Value – everything you sale or give away adds value to your students/customers.
3. Content – just about everything you write in your newsletter (I have all saved in separate folder in email account)could be an eBook in it’s own right.
4. Generosity – you’re not always ‘hawking’ your products like most newsletters I subscribe to. You’re giving stuff away.
Keep up the good work!
Thank you steve!

Hi Lowell,
Thanks for the great comment!I really do appreciate it. Your 4 points are what I’ve always tried to focus on in fact.
Yip, pretty cool living here “off the beatin’ path” and having the same opportunity as anyone living in NY City, LA, Dallas, etc….I love it!
Stay in touch please,
Steve
Steve,
I’m still confused as to where to start promoting/advertising since I already have a website set up. Our web site has been online for a year next month and we have been selling some, but we need more traffic. Can you give me a push in the right direction?
Thank you.
I looked at your site Wyoma…cool stuff! However, there is not a lot of written content for Google to sink there teeth into. If you did the correct keyword research, you could find a lot of great keywords in that area with which you could write new pages for your site with. You would optimize those pages using SEO techniques. Google would rank those pages better and you would attract traffic to your site with them.
There are numerous other methods you should be using too…but that would be where to begin. However, you must do the research and SEO correctly for it to work well.
I hope that helps,
Steve
Hey Steve-
I had a question. I know you tell people how to find their niche market, but is there such a thing as selling what you WANT to sell, rather than researching what’s in demand and letting that dictate? Which of your courses focuses on building what you already have?
Anya
Hi Anya,
Well, you try to match the two up for sure. But you absolutely must know that what you choose does have a market and you are able to get traffic to it.
Hi steve I am little confuse,I bougth THE NICHEPRO a week ago and my next step it is to buy THE REAL WEBSITE PRO,but I just watch the COACHING program video and I don’t know what to do.I understand it is far better to have somebody with youre experience to ask,I don’t know if it is better to wait until I got the money for take the coaching or buy the REAL WEBSITE PRO to start learning and later get the coaching. what would you recommend to me? thanks for all the tips and good material you send to me.
Alan.
You will get much more benefit from the coaching if you learn as many of the “nuts and bolts” issues as you can first. I’d say a good month of very focused work should be enough to get you going once you have Real Website Pro. Just like with anything, the better foundation you can build first, the more you can apply on top of it later.
I’d be glad to have you anytime as a new coaching student, but you will get far more value if you study that curriculum first and then use the coaching in a month or so to follow up with and continue on in areas you are still unclear with.
Steve
What is the link for affiliates to log in at?
Wow!
Has Twitter lost it’s punch?
I have like 5,000 followers, and it used to be that when i would twit, and put a link in my twit, I would see immediate traffic sometimes 40 and 50 visits in an hour. Now when I twit a message, I’m lucky to see 1 visit if any. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hey Steve,
Tell me what you think of this Pay Per Click calculator
Ooops
heres the link
http://www.EBizStartHere.Com
Hi Brent,
Yes, I think there might be a bit of a slow down on the effectiveness of twitter…but not to that extent you seem to be having…not sure what could be going on there. Remember, less is usually more with respect to promoting links there.
Yes, everyone using PPC needs to be aware of how much they can pay per click. Most beginners to it are shocked by how difficult it is to make a profit with PPC.
Hi Steve Weber,
My wife and i are getting involved with the network marketing company called Vemma. I am wanting to build a blog and /or website to “brand myself”. I would like to market the product as well as tie in running and cycling as part of the content.
I already have a website at http://alternative-energy-resources.net. but it costs me about $300 per year for the basic amenities. To start a new website using your training, could you give me a general idea of the initial cost to get an effective website up and running and the recurring costs each month?
Thanks

Hi Chad,
Hi Chad,
That’s a cool site you have there! But yeah, that’s a lot of money to pay for hosting. You can get great hosting with all the bells and whistles for $4.95 a month for one site. Or you can host multiple sites for just $7.95 a month.
I have a link here about the hosting and also some free videos about using HostGator: http://www.steveweber.us/course/course-hosting.htm
Let me know if you have any questions. You can more easily contact me by email here if you wish: http://www.weberinternetmarketing.com/contact.htm
